Hunud Abia Kadouf and Abdulfatai Oladapo Sambo.

Hunud Abia Kadouf, a former Appeal Court Judge in Sudan, obtained his LLB from University of Khartoum (Sudan) and PhD, on a Ford Foundation scholarship, from the University of London. He also practised law, as Advocate and Commissioner for Oaths, before the courts of Sudan and is, therefore, uniquely equipped with the knowledge of law in terms of its application, practice or theorisation. He is Professor and former Dean of the Law Faculty, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), where he has been teaching law since 1991. He currently holds the position of Director of the International Centre for Global Peace at IIUM. Dr Hunud has been teaching law for the last 35 years at both University of Khartoum and IIUM. He has taught different law subjects including Public International Law and has authored numerous books and published academic articles in refereed journals. Hunud Abia Kadouf and Abdulfatai O. Sambo.

Abdulfatai Oladapo Sambo is a solicitor and advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He obtained his PhD degree in Law from the Faculty of Laws, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in April 2013. He assisted in teaching Public International Law at IIUM. His post-doctoral research was carried out at IIUM. Also, he was one of the resource persons who taught Public International Law at the training organised by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) for South Sudanese judges in Malaysia. Dr Abdulfatai is currently a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Public Law, Faculty of Law, University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He has widely published academic papers internationally in reputable journals and chapters in books.
